Come down to CTHackerspace Open Space Wednesday October 13th

Wed, 10/13/2010 - 6:00pm to 10:00pm

Are you a tinkerer? Inventor? Creator or Artist?

Any interested parties are welcomed to stop by CT Hackerspace,  a community and space to support a wide array of technical and creative disciplines through infrastructure, inspiration, making and sharing, in the true spirit of hacking. CT Hackerspace is welcoming interested parties of the general public to visit our workshop.

As this is a new venture, Wednesday is our regular Open Space night. Please feel free to stop on in. More open hours, workshops, and classes to follow shortly. Some of us will be working on group projects. Some may be working on personal projects, discussing ideas or just hanging out. If you are interested in any of these things, come on down. Our current group project is called a "RepRap", which is a device that will create solid 3D pieces of plastic based on the user's blueprints.

CT Hackerspace's motto is "Learn, Make, Share". If there is something you would like to build, learn, or teach, speak with us as we are looking to share knowledge in many creative disciplines. If you have an idea for your own workshop, let us know what your interests are.

We will be having the space open on other evenings/weekend days as well in the near future, if there is a time that you would like to come down to the space, let us know and we will make it happen.
